Founded by Keenan and Sarah Wildy, Wildy Investments has expanded into The Wildy Group.


The Wildy Group started from very humble beginnings. After college and a Stint in Europe playing basketball,  Keenan moved to New York and started his real estate career. As a novice in real estate he used his Business Degree and innate sense of entrepreneurial-ship to hit the ground running in the tough Upper Westside Manhattan market. After years of success, Keenan had become a top producer and senior broker at his brokerage and decided it was time for a change. He moved to Los Angeles to be closer to family and to also enroll into UCLA School of Law to obtain his JD. 

When Sarah and Keenan met she worked for several fashion designers both on the design side and in the sales and marketing arena. They both decided in the interim while Keenan was going back to school that real estate sounded lucrative. While Keenan was waiting tables, attending law school, and studying for the real estate exam, Sarah started branding and marketing Keenan in the South Bay Real Estate market so that they could hit the ground running. 

Once Keenan obtained his Real Estate license that’s exactly what they did. Their client base and book of business grew to such great heights that not only did Keenan have to quit his job but also had to take a leave of absence from school. Soon their real estate business became so successful they started their own company with their own team. Fast forward three years and they have created a very lucrative real estate business with a whole team of agents and associates as well as procuring a construction company, Wildy Construction.
